Brad Anderson, Sales
Brad has been working at Energy Insulation for over 30 years; first working by performing warehouse work and making material deliveries, and then after graduating from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, starting in estimating and then project management roles.
Mr. Andersen manages a large variety of projects and is committed to providing exemplary customer service throughout all the steps of a project, from estimating through project closeout.
John Eichinger, Estimator
John has been in the Mechanical Insulation industry for over 35 years. He earned a Science degree specializing in HVAC at Blue Hill Tech./Massasoit College in Canton, Ma. After working for a Mechanical Engineering firm in Boston as a sheet metal estimator, John found his calling in the insulation estimating field of mechanical, plumbing and process piping.
Tyler Medeiros, Project Consultant
Tyler is a Wentworth Institute of Technology graduate who has recently joined our team at Energy Insulation as a project manager and estimator. Tyler started his career at Brayton Point Power Station on the $600 million cooling tower project with Dominion and Kiewit. He has over 10 years of experience in the construction management field, preparing job estimates and managing all aspects of multiple construction projects. Tyler is a trustee on the Local 6 Insulators annuity fund and also has his Energy Audit Certification.
Marissa Mollicone, Construction Administrative Assistant
Marissa is a human sciences and services graduate from the University of Rhode Island, Marissa has over 10 years of retail management experience, managing stores around the MA/RI area. She joined our team in 2020, transitioning her customer service knowledge from retail into the construction industry. She assists the project managers and controller with completing accounting tasks, including managing job invoices, completing change order requests, and approving time and material slips for various jobs, as well as performing administrative tasks for the office. Marissa has an affinity for event planning and creates marketing content for the company.
